Volunteer Criminal Checks

All Volunteers (coaches, managers & safety persons) will require a Criminal Record Check process.

You will require

1. A Printable PDF of the criminal record check form. Criminal-record-check-form

a. Forms also available at the RCMP detachment

b. Pemberton residents must use the Pemberton detachment

2. WMHA volunteers must complete both sides of the form because we are working with minors

a. Along with the Crminal Record Check form obtain and hand in a WMHA letter confirming volunteer status (so the record check service is free). Get a letter from:

i. Steve Legge, steve@legge.com, 604.902.3335

ii. Bob Andrea, bobandrea@hotmail.ca, 604.938.9628

3. You must bring two pieces of ID:

a. Government photo ID

b. ID with your name and signature i.e. medical card, credit card

4. If your name, date of birth & sex, or both are similar to someone with a record you will need an extra step in the process, you will be fingerprinted for verification purposes.

Atom Birth Years 2000 and 2001- Thursdays 6:30-8am 8 sessions: The cost is $120.00 April 1^st,8^th,15th,22^nd,29^th,May 6^th,13^th,20th

Peewee Birth Years 1998,1999 Tuesdays 6:30-8am and Wednesday 5-6:15pm. Total of 11 sessions. Cost is $165. March 30^th, 31^st, April 6^th,7^th, 13^th,14^th,20^th,27^th,May 4^th,11^th,18th

Bantam Birth Years 1996 & 1997 Wednesday 6:30-8pm & Thursdays 7-8:15pm. Total of 10 sessions. The cost is $150. March 31^st, April 1^st,7^th,8^th,14^th,15^th,Time change to 6:45-8pm for April 22nd, 29^th May 6^th,13^th

Midget Birth Years 1992,93,94 & 95 Sundays 5:30-6:45pm. Total of 6 sessions. The cost is $95. April 11^th, 18^th,25^th, May 2^nd, 9^th, 16^th
